The Optimist Club of Bixby is a part of Optimist International. Optimist International’s mission is to foster an optimistic way of life through a network of members. We are dedicated to the full development of our potential in order to provide ever-expanding service and improvement to youth, the community, and the world.

Membership

The Bixby Optimist Club holds a meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month. The programs and guests featured at the meetings offer members an opportunity to learn more about what is going on in the Bixby community. Outstanding students, teachers and support personnel from the Bixby School District are recognized as are essay and oratorical contest winners, Miss Bixby pageant winners, etc.
