The Bixby Optimist Club is open to all men and women who reside in or have an interest in the Bixby community – men and women who wish to be known as “Friends of Youth”.

What do Bixby Optimists Do?

We help kids! The Bixby Optimist Club was founded in 1975 by a group of citizens motivated by the desire to contribute to their community. Today the club is involved in many annual community and school activities. Click here to learn more about our programs and events!

By joining the Bixby Optimist Club you will become a member of Optimist International.

Our year runs from October 1 to September 30 of each year. Current local club dues are $85.00 per year, with an additional one-time $15.00 International Optimist administration fee for new members. You may join any time, and dues for the year are prorated from the joining date.
